THE SURREY HOUSE
A PLACE DESIGNED FOR LIVING beautifully, INDOORS & OUT.
Set within a secluded private estate in Surrey, this family home was a fully bespoke commission. A project where I worked as the sole interior designer, shaping every space around the people who live there. Each child’s bedroom was designed as a reflection of their personality and passions, ensuring their rooms felt not only beautiful but genuinely meaningful.
At the heart of the house, the kitchen and family living space were crafted for everyday connection, a welcoming, functional hub where the family cooks, eats, and spends time together. In contrast, the formal dining room and drawing room offer an elegant backdrop for entertaining, balancing comfort with refinement.
Although the garden was initially designed externally, the layout and materiality didn’t support the family’s lifestyle. I reimagined the flow of the outdoor spaces, selecting all finishes, from pool materials to the outdoor kitchen and patio surfaces to create a cohesive extension of the interior aesthetic.
The result is a home that feels wholly personal: a place designed for living beautifully, indoors and out.
